Project Management lives within the Improbable Engineering Operations function, sitting cross-functionally across our engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams in the Games Business Unit.

It’s our responsibility to empower teams to support the delivery of multiple projects and to help teams anticipate and mitigate risks, track and communicate timelines to the wider business and Executive leadership, while continuously evolving teams’ roadmaps to align with the company-wide strategy.
Areas for Impact
You will be part of our Technical Services teams, helping ship game features for some of the most exciting games in the industry, ensuring the teams are continuously and autonomously delivering against the requirements and acceptance criteria.
You will be meeting with game studios, both internal and external, and stakeholders to propose time vs. quality vs. risk tradeoffs throughout the process of game development, providing high visibility for the team on the progress of the deliverables and escalating risks ahead of time.
