Partner Success Manager, Defence


Join our defence and national security business and you’ll be helping users plan and train to meet the most complex security threats in the world. Working alongside experts in AI and Machine Learning, computational modelling and distributed systems, you’ll be putting multiplayer technology to life-saving use.
The Partner Success group in our Defence and national security business is responsible for developing, implementing and managing our partner business development and partner ecosystem strategy and activities.
This role is centred around developing and strengthening our partner relationships to align with industry partners and shape mutual business opportunities. You will be responsible for the success and growth of one segment of our partner ecosystem network in the UK market. This is primarily through energetic and enthusiastic relationship management with a broad base of industry partners, aligned behind a common vision to deliver better, cheaper, faster synthetic capabilities to support the defence mission.  This will be a highly cross-functional role, working adjacent to the product function, and overseeing the transfer of partner value from business development and capture functions, across to engineering and PMO project delivery.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to meet requirements associated with obtaining UK security vetting clearance; including an unbroken residency in the UK for the previous 5 years. If you think that this might be an issue for you, please let us know.

Areas for impact:

  • You will be responsible for partner-focused BD engagements with a wide variety defence and non-defence industry partners.
  • You will play a lead role in driving the partner BD lifecycle: from identifying and initiating new partner engagements to developing these relationships. 
  • You will provide recommendations which promote successful partner BD as well as support the growth of our partner ecosystem network and our own business winning objectives.
  • You will ensure Solution Partners are supported to better appreciate how they can create innovative solutions with our platform and services.
  • You will contribute to the overall success of the Partner Success group and our ecosystem partners.  You will help champion a partner-centric culture, ensuring we are cultivating and nurturing an ecosystem of partners who thrive and succeed around our software platform.

  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and eliciting requirements from a range of stakeholders across product and projects.
  • Ability to gather feedback from partners and customers and present insights to other teams to drive product development priorities.
  • You have open communication and collaboration skills with an ability to adapt to different levels of technical understanding.
  • You are passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge.
  • You are naturally empathetic and patient.
  • You have experience mentoring or developing direct or indirect reports.
