As a Finance Business Partner you will be making an impact on managing and directing our business units. Responsibilities will evolve over time to meet the needs of our growing organisation, and inline with individual career development needs. You will be empowered to provide our executives and the wider business with the financial and operational context they need to enable the successful execution of our company strategy.

Areas for Impact:

Providing clarity on business performance & business profile

Establishing frameworks to review data & empower informed decisions

Building reporting outputs & insight from ground up

Owning inputs to wider budget & forecasting cycles

Applying commercial mindset to our key drivers & risks

Driving accountability within the business units you are partnering with

Business case analysis

Support strategy formulation

Ownership of strategy execution with leadership teams

Acting as representative of the wider Finance & Strategy group

We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:

Strong excel skills and experience analysing and manipulating financial models.

Excellent communication skills across written, verbal and an ability to present data and plans in a clear and concise manner.

A qualification in ACA, ACCA or CIMA ;preferred but not required

Appetite to make a difference

High level of ethics, integrity, discretion and confidentiality. You will regularly be exposed to sensitive information and will be expected to handle this with discretion.
